8 – LEAGUE RANKINGS

8.1 – INDIVIDUAL CLASSIFICATION

A General Ranking of the League will be established in the Marathon distance; 42k, Half Marathon; 21k and 10k. A general classification will also be established for each of the established categories.

The final score of each participant in the League will be obtained from the sum of the 3 scores obtained in the contested tests. Those participants who compete in the 4 League tests will always have the 3 best scored tests counted.

The scoring scale will be developed as follows:

BY CATEGORIES IN MALE AND FEMALE:

1st Classified 200 points

2nd Classified 192 points

3rd Classified 186 points

4th Classified 182 points

5th Classified 180 points,

6th will add 179 points, 7th will add 178, and so on, until reaching the last place in the general classification of the League.

If in the individual classification of the categories, or of the general, two or more participants were tied on points, the order of classification between them will be determined by the greatest number of first places compared between the two, that have been obtained in the different tests. disputed in the League, proclaiming the winner the one who has obtained the best positions. If the tie is maintained, second places, third, and so on until the tiebreaker is achieved.

Athletes who do not complete the course in its entirety due to breakdown, fall, etc., will be classified according to the laps they do and will receive the points corresponding to that classification. In the event that two athletes who do not complete the course in its entirety tie in completed laps, the classification order will be by time of their last lap.

Those registrants who have not taken part in the start, those who, having started, have not previously gone through the signature control, or those who have been disqualified, will not have any type of score. It will not be possible to pass an inscription of a test that has not been attended, to successive tests.

8.2 – CLASSIFICATION BY TEAMS

To score as a team, the points of their three best classified in the general will be added. That is, the points to be determined by test will be established in such a way that the score of the first team will be equivalent to the total number of points added by the first three members of said team (male/female).

The final score for each team will be obtained taking into account the scores obtained in the following tests: Vicálvaro, San Blas-Canillejas, Retiro, and (to be confirmed)”.

If in the final classification, two or more teams are tied on points, the classification order between them will be determined by the highest number of first places that have been obtained in the different races held, proclaiming the winner the one that has obtained the best places. If the tie were maintained, second places, third places, … and so on until the tiebreaker was achieved.
